There will be a Parent-Teacher Conference next month. We like to invite you to attend this 10-minute conference which we will be discussing about your child's progress. It will be after school on these 2 days.

If your child/ward have received the above consent form today, I would need your help to sign and allow our children to bring to school tomorrow. If your child/ward has not received this form today, do not worry, he/she will receive it
