Racial Harmony Day Commemoration (Tomorrow, 16 July)




We will be commemorating our Racial Harmony Day tomorrow, 16 July. Do come to school in an ethnic costume if you have or able to find a set. If you do not have any ethnic costume, do not worry. You may wear your school uniform as per usual.


Maths Game Sets (Return on Monday, 19 Aug)
Do set aside time to play the game together with your child/ward if he/she has received any of the following game sets today. Our children will have to bring the game set back to school on Monday, 19 Aug. Have fun playing!

A gentle note that it is a school holiday on Next Monday and pupils need not report to school.

Welcome back to school everyone! Hope that everyone has had a good rest this holidays.


Things To Do Today
1. Sign Spelling List



Each of the children has been given the spelling list for this term today. Do sign and allow your child/ward to keep it in his/her file. We will start our first spelling on this Friday, 5 July. Do guide that your child/ward in learning his/her spelling at home.



2. Revise 2, 3, 4, 5 and 10 times tables 


We will be having a multiplication times tables quiz on this Friday, 5 July. There will be 50 questions on 2, 3, 4, 5 and 10 times tables. 



3. Sign and bring report book tomorrow (if your child has not submitted it today)


For parents or guardians who did not manage to come on that day, your child's/ward's report book has been given to him/her today. Please do the following:
1) Report book: Go through it with our child together and sign
2) Coloured Post-it Note: Write a message to encourage your child/ward or our 2DL children

and allow your child/ward to bring them back to school tomorrow.


Class Photo-taking (Tomorrow, 2 July)
Our class will be taking our class photo tomorrow. Do ensure that our children come to school in their full school uniform (as per usual attire on every Tuesday).
